Josh graduated from Illinois State University in 2000 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture Business. After graduation he was determined to give the residents of Bloomington, IL and Peoria, IL a professional, caring, and locally owned lawn care company. Starting off with zero customers, one truck, and himself as the only employee, Josh began providing professional, customer service based lawn care with one motto guiding him every minute of every day, “Promises Kept”. With hard work and dedication, he expanded the company to what it is today. He received the 2017 Pantagraph Readers’ Choice Award for ‘Best Lawn Care Service’ for the Bloomington, IL location. Outside of work Josh enjoys spending time with his wife Beth, and their three children Emma, Reagan, and William. He is a lifelong St. Louis Cardinals fan, and can often be found barbequing something delicious in his backyard.
Nick started his journey with Weed Man in 2008 as a salesperson and technician. Nick loves that Weed Man gives people the opportunity for a career, “If you work hard, hit your goals, and grow yourself personally you can do anything within our company.” Following this mission every day, Nick has moved up through the company and was eventually promoted to the technical and marketing manager. A typical day at work consists of analyzing performance and coaching for success. In the evenings, you can find Nick coaching his sons traveling baseball team and on the weekends, he enjoys playing golf with friends and spending time with his wife Erin and their two children, Max and Emma.
Jasmyne was born in Washington DC but moved to and grew up in Indianapolis starting 2000. Graduated from IU Bloomington in 2009 with my Apparel Merchandise degree and a minor in Business management. Jasmyne began her career at Lands’ End Sears managing their Men’s and Kid’s department, and then took an opportunity at Von Maur managing the Shoe department. For the last nearly 10 years she has worked for Lyssé New York, a women’s clothing company located in Indianapolis, with her most recent title being Director of Sales. Jasmyne is a true believer that “with the right team, anything is possible” and strives to live that truth each workday. She loves traveling, learning, and spending time with her husband Brandon and their two pups Jax and Ziggy.
Brody was born and raised in Phoenix, Arizona before relocating to Mackinaw, IL in 2022 with his wife Katie, their two kids, Cashton and Lola, as well as their dog, Boone. Brody has found a passion in landscaping due to the everchanging, complex challenges that come with renovating and managing living organisms, such as turf and plant material. That same passion is what attracted him to the Weed Man family. “The opportunity to work towards growing people, highlighting their strengths and coaching them to achieve success in a company that has an extensive track record of a winning culture was one that I couldn't pass up.” During his free time, Brody enjoys teaching his son to play hockey and golf, as well as watching his daughter pursue her dream of becoming a ballerina.
Kevin graduated from UIUC and has been with Weed Man Lawn Care since 2018. He loves working at Weed Man because of the team’s grit and determination to provide the highest quality lawns in our communities. He is proud of the longstanding dedication to workplace safety. Outside of work, Kevin participants in various church services and activities, and he loves attending dirt car racing events throughout the Midwest.
Jake hails from the frozen northern wastes commonly called Mid-Michigan. He has worked with Weed Man for ten years with a focus on customer service and marketing. On weekends you can find him hiking in the woods with his wife, engaging in extremely amateur carpentry, or deep between the pages of a good book. He has been known to talk to cats; for their part, the cats rarely respond.
Mason is from Galesburg, IL and moved to Indiana to attend college at Bethel University, where he graduated with a Degree in Criminal Justice. He enjoys working at Weed Man because of the culture and people. Outside of work Mason enjoys spending time with his wife Kylie and coaching baseball at a local high school. He am a sport fanatic and enjoys playing golf when he gets the chance.
